Game crash when use these 2 skills

When I use Voltaic Barrier and fire Cluster Grenade through it. My game crash before Cluster Grenade is detonate. I not sure is it due to new Gemling quality stuff too? hope it can fix.

I think Voltaic barrier is the problem, just recently started using twisters with it and crashed twice while i went the whole game without a single issue
