After defeating the Arbiter of Divinity, I did not received any Atlas passive points

As the title states,

after defeating the quest version of The Arbiter of Divinity; I left the instance without claiming my Atlas passive points. Now, when loading the zone again I am unable to fight the boss again or get the atlas tree points.

please help.
