Quest to arbiter of divinity (uber) Bugged

Hello there. So, I killed arbiter of divinity (quest version) and than I progressed to find the matriarch halls and patriarch halls and kill kim again. I first found the matriarch halls, grabbed the origin craddle and put it right away in the precursor reactor. The problem is, when I did this, I think I broke something, cause I found another matriarch halls, that gave me another origin cradle and not the spark. I runned around the fortress, but there is no more matriarch or patriarch halls, so I can't progress more, can't kill the arbiter in the uber version therefore cant unlock the atlas points for tablet 4 mods. Please help me
