Alternate Gemling Quality for Explosive Grenade

Hello,

My Explosive Grenade alternate quality says it fires 2 additional projectiles. However it is only adding one, is it meant to only add one and the text in the skill description is incorrect or is it not adding the proj it says it should.

I have tested with a new skill gem with no quality and then the same gem after i added quality and still producing the same results.

Any info would be appreciated :)
