 I have the same problem. i cant select the 4 remaining notables despite having enough points. i should be able to select 1 of them know since i have 1 point left. |

I have the same problem - I've got 34/34 points and I can't take the last 4, I don't know what to do...

My ritual atlas tree shows 32/32 and the last point cannot be allocated.

I found a way to fix this and get all the passives... You just need to kill the second boss of the one down in the basement in the dark and that's it... |
