My Expedition questline is completely bugged

After completing the first quest to find Gwennen, I opened a new map using the Vorana Logbook. However, I cannot find the boss anywhere.

Normally, this area should be marked with an orange boss icon, but it's nowhere to be found, and I am completely unable to progress to the next step.

Please look into this and fix it as soon as possible.
