Respec Bug

I went to respec my passive skill tree but for some reason I can’t refund some of the passive attribute nodes. I tried everything and went over it multiple times to check I didn’t miss any connecting nodes that would prevent me from doing so. There is one skill node that has the connecting line lit up leading to it but it says I don’t have it and requirements are not met. I’ve now already spent a lot of money trying to respec and I’m afraid I’ll run out if I keep messing with it. I’m not sure what went wrong but if I could get any help it would be appreciated.
