Purity of Lightning counts as both a STR skill AND an INT-only skill for Virtuous Barrier

The easiest way I can think of to link screenshots is to just post on Reddit then link there. I don't play on Steam.

Hard to "prove" with screenshots, so take my word, but here I have it unequipped and I have 20 INT motes and 6 STR motes. When I equip it, they all go away so I have to wait to build them back up but end up with 22 INT motes and 7 STR motes.
