Stuck in the wall after Loathsome Mire - Marrow map

If the Loathsome Mire spawns too close to the wall on Marrow you will get stuck in the wall. Not sure on how to upload a screenshot.

Unable to respawn at a checkpoint as none are available (maybe from going out of an instance and back into the map - or maybe because you can't during maps I've never had to use it before in all honesty).
