Cant finish Ritual quest

Hi,
my friends and i did some ritual maps, got the invitation of the king quest item and killed him. But i died in fight and they were not able to rezz me because it said cant revive in boss fight. so i had to leave the area and cant join back.
After going to caer tarth then i got the head of the king wich i couldnt use anywhere... Now i played on single player and got my invitation of the king quest item. I used it on the map, the node appeared on the atlas but i cant join the area because it is cleared already (from multiplayer)
so now i have the crux of nothingness on my atlas wich i cant join and i cant join caer teth anymore because i have to do the crux of nothingness first... now i am Stuck and cant do anything...

please help FAST! ^^
