Bought bonded item on Trade, but once I got it on my inventory, its not bonded

Perhaps I missed a memo but the bought Item had +40 life bonded qualities.
Once I bought it, the name and everything was correct but the item is no longer bonded....
What is the issue?

IF one is to believe AI, it claims the bonded bit is a Shaman-only thing, meaning, even if it is on Trade, other classes cannot use it, hence upon buy, the bonded bit disappears.

IF this is true, I'd 10000% recommend then to add an option on Trade, among the Misc "Bonded" so that one can opt it out since its a class specific property. It fools a lot of people (like me) if one doesn't know and get trapped by the fancy stats.
