Archon of Undeath not working correctly

The buff effect from Archon of UnDeath seems to be out of sync with the buff display or something strange is happening.

You don't get the increased CDR until there is like <5 seconds remaining on the buff and it lasts for a few extra seconds after the buff changes to archon on cooldown.

very noticeable with Kelari skills deception and brutality.
