Charged Staff Bug

Charged staff is active after using pounce, but the ability is no longer emitting from the staff. Below is the sequence creating the bug.

1. Activate charged staff.
2. Pounce while charged staff is active.
3. Change back to human form.
4. Continue to attack, but charged staff isn't working as intended. The staff is illuminated as though it is functioning, but the ability isn't working.

This bug happens during one continuous countdown for charged staff. The bug can be prolonged if you activate additional power charges to charged staff before the countdown hits 0. The bug self corrects when charged staff is reactivated after the timer has hit 0.

so they didnt fix this... it did this in 0.4 too
