Can someone please explain this to me?

Why arent we able to, in settings, toggle on and off, targetting? im tired of the game guessing what im targetting. i want free fire attacks that dont autolock the nearest enemy closest to my cursor within x by y distance. I want free aim for skills, especially melee.


Thoughts?
Am i out of pocket here?
