[0.5] 8 Unallocated Skill Points Cannot Be Allocated After May 29 Update

Hello,

After the May 29 update, the game shows that I have 8 unallocated skill points, but I cannot allocate them anywhere on the passive skill tree.
I tried refunding some already allocated passive points and then allocating them again, but the same issue remains. The refunded points can be used normally, but these 8 extra unallocated points cannot be allocated at all.

Steps I tried
Opened the passive skill tree
Tried to allocate the 8 unallocated skill points
Tried refunding some existing passive points
Tried allocating points again after refunding
Restarted the game

Actual Result
The game shows 8 unallocated skill points, but they cannot be allocated.
Expected Result
If the game shows that I have 8 unallocated skill points, I should be able to allocate them normally.

Additional Info
This started after the May 29 update.
Please check this issue, because it looks like the character has extra unallocated points displayed, but they are not actually usable.

It's your Ascendancy points... They are bugged as regular skill points.
