Delirium Grand Mirror Bug

Twice on killing a boss in mapping while delirium is up, the grand mirror text comes up saying a grand mirror spawned, but at the same time the screen froze and I was booted to the login screen after a few seconds.

When I log back in the map is gone and all items I picked up during the map are also gone.

Pls fix.. 6th time i am getting this disconect on Grand Mirror revieled...
I cant proggress delirium..
Map gets rolled back and not completed game crashes..

+1 same issue, happened to me twice in a row and lost items, progress, and no Grand Mirror revealed
