Killed Arbiter no passives

Killed the quest version of arbiter, was unable to click the towers around the ring for some reason, relogged and the towers were all retracted?

missing 50 atlas points, anything I can do to get them?

I saw a Reddit post saying you can place points despite the lock, but people are saying that if you do that you can't place points anywhere else, and the 4th affix on tablet still doesn't work...

Please GGG do something about that.
