Grand Mirror Not working properly

Grand mirror spawned, i talked to NPC, when it said to choose a map, i couldn't choose anything. I got out of this choice screen, tried again, nothing changed, then went to finish rest of the map, came back, and grand mirror disapeared. I can't even complete map because of it.

issue still exists, just ran into same problem
