Return of the Ancients Questline Bug

Not sure what causes this, but think it may be revolving around being in a party.

For some reason, I am locked out of completing the Act 3 portion of the quest. This locks me out of some of the 'rune words'. Not sure yet if it stops me from completing the rest of it. I was able to complete Act 4's portion though.

The part of the quest I am unable to complete is 'Study the Ancient Runic Knowledge'. I am unable to click on the book to complete, and the NPC does not spawn.

Able to complete Act 4 portions of the season mechanic. But Act 3 is still not interactable.

On a different character. I have run into the issue where I am unable to turn in the map pieces. It say to 'Turn map pieces into Danning'...Who is not the person to turn into. The ship captain is also not spawning, I am well into the interlude.
