Constant crashing and hard shutting down console

Hello, im having a big issue with crashing right now. I've faced 50+ crashes during campaign. I'm in act4 currently and its gotten much worse. Sometimes the game just crashes to dashboard and I get right back in, but now its started to completely shut down my console. I will load into a new zone, then after about 10-20 seconds my xbox will freeze up completely for ~5 seconds and shut down. Currently stuck in act 4 because the game is turning my xbox off.

At this point I'm worrying about damage to my console. I've tried messing around and lowering every graphics setting, messing with the audio settings, and I still just crash constantly.

Does anyone know any settings I could try on xbox to mitigate the crashing and especially hard shutting down my system? Or anything? I'm pretty desperate here, absolutely love the game, but these crashes are extremely frustrating
