Minions deal 0 damage Vaal Temple

Hey, I am on HC league and it was terrible when I am on fight with commander tier 3 realized that my minions stopped to deal any damage. I jumped near the boss up to 5 min when his health was blocked on 5-10%…
Hopefully as he was a bit slow I was able to retreat via portal. After I entered to same temple again, none of enemies took damage.. had to close temple when it will be fixed?

Additionally I noticed they time to time I can loose my spirit gem minions. It just disappears such as I do not have enough spirit. I need to re activate all of it, and after it it becomes normal for some period of time.
