Migrated my char. from ssf to normal in act 3 and it erased all my rune recipe progress need help

as i stated in question, in act 1 and 2 a cleard all maps and found al recipes but when i migrated to normal it erased my progress completley and because i completed the quest i cannot redo it, none of the maps have rune stones to learn i dont know what to do please help.

If you do not plan to continue playing SSF, use the league migration button on the character selection screen (looks like ">>") find your SSF league and select "Migrate All". This will transfer your stash and progress.
