Animus Splinters does not swap sets when enabled in only one Weapon Set

Title.

Weapon Set 1 is 2 Maces
Weapon Set 2 is 1 Mace and Shield

I Want to use Anima splinters to use shield wall for me while I use Sunder as a main skill. But I need to use a skill on Weapon Set 2 (Fortifying Cry) to swap to the shield set and only then it casts it. I spam the button on weapon set 1 and it doesn't cast even tho the icon is lit.

Came to report and found this topic.
Can confirm this with Quarterstaves and spears. Animus Splinters don't swap to its weapon no matter if it's "weapon set" is configured or not.
