Unable to gain passive points eastern enigma chamber

Killed the boss but the flying part didn't come down.
Kept throwing uniterrupted lightning bolts down but the portal was there.

Got the fragment after using said portal but no further passive points.

Doriyani is full life again and the machine is dead in chamber with portal still open (boss can be done again and again without result).



After phasing 1st phase he just does this:
