Guild tag broken and unable to set guild tag (PS5)

As i said above the guild tag editor on ps5 maybe console as a whole is broken as they set the status button and the create tag button as the same with them both requiring triangle if you try to press triangle if you try to press it just goes to update the status i've tried reporting this before to no avail no response nothing and i would like ggg to fix this.
