Ritual Quest Bug

Hello. While progressing through the Ritual quest, I turned in the Head of the King, but still needed 5 more quest items to continue. During a dungeon run, the game crashed. After I logged back in, the dungeon was marked as failed and its entry icon disappeared. I re-ran the dungeon again, yet no quest items dropped. Now I only have 4 items and cannot finish the quest.
