Expedition questline fail

I am not able to finish expedition questline "The Grand Expedition" because after defeating Vorana I did not get/ forgot to pick up the quest item "Uthered's Logbook. and since the map was completed I can not run it again.

+1 Same for me can not complete. Map boss disappeared and cannot get next quest item (olroths)

Same logbook completed no boss all maps completed so no empty maps left and no new logbook can be used
