Can't continue Abyss storyline due to bug.

Current quest wants me to close the Northern Abyssal Wounds, however on the map before it, it will not spawn an Abyss in the map and the map will not complete to allow you to travel to the next area. Part of the objective is to close all Abysses and to kill the end boss. I can kill the boss just fine, and cleared entire map, and still no Abyss will spawn. I've tried this over 10 times.
