Portal to Val temple does not appear again

Hello, In act 3 The matlan waterways I did the last 6th Val temple place and the loot box and portal appeared. But I desided to finish location and the come back,,,,at the end of location I traveled back to town, bud unfortunately I was too long there and location restarted, I tried to go back but I found the place with 6 glowing red crystals, but no portal and also no monsters around. I am in act 4 now and I did not find any other Val temple locations. I also do not have shortcut to Val temple on map (as to shekemas, chaos temple etc.) Is that a bug ? or will be val temple avaible later ? in previous season, I remember that first I went to present vall temple and later it switch into past val temple. Did I broke my game ? thank you for answer.
