Season Questline "The Runeseeker" stuck at Study the Runic Knowledge

Yo, im playing the Hardcore Season, i already completed this quest with my last char and know at the image there should be a book to click. There is nothing for me, not even Farrow anymore. But the Quest still stays at this status, i hope this doesnt bug anything for me for further season play :')
