Reverie Shaman Mantle bugs

Hi,

I've found 2 bugs with the new Reverie unique (the life flask mageblood)

1. Upon death, the flask recovery stops being applied. Can be fixed by re-equipping the armor;

2. Herbalism I and II %inc recovery from life flasks is not affecting the Reverie flask recovery.

Make sure this is also fixed for the runic ward variant! :)
