Unable to progress Interlude. Qimah Resevoir unavailable

Qimah Resevoir region transition is unavailable.

I've attempted to relog, new instance, reboot game.






edit: Able to access from waypoint. Hadn't gone into region, so didn't expect waypoint to work. still unsure why I'm unable to transition from connected map however

Same issue here in HCSSF, so the party workaround is impossible.

Jado opened the Qimah Reservoir entrance, but I logged of before entering Reservoir to eat, the entrance is now visually open with no clickable transition. Qimah Reservoir waypoint is NOT unlocked, so I cannot bypass it through waypoint or party teleport.

Already tried:

Ctrl-click / new Qimah instance
Restarting client
Checking waypoint from town/hideout
Reclearing previous area / boss

Still softlocked.
