Breach Hive in Breach Zone causes Unstable Breach to not spawn

When in the Breach region, and the objective/region related content is the breach hive, it does not spawn in an unstable breach even if it says it is in the map content. This is caused whether the unstable breach was randomly rolled or added with a breach tablet.

bump. breach tablets are wasted on maps with hives, they don't actually cause unstable breaches to spawn

Can confirm. Had the same problem in three maps by now. I also consumes the tablet in the process.
