Hilda's Campsite-Origin Tower. Both bugged, stuck lv 88

It tells me one of my Atlas passive points is not applied, I have 69 points. I have only progressed towards Origin Tower since I started the mapping. I got the bug showing at Origin Tower first after running a T15 on the node infront of it. So I decided to go back and finally unlock Hilda's campsite but it gave me the same error message there. I can traverse in and claim the quest but I've seen others not being able to complete it, Even if I would be able to I have no clue where to go. No directions or hints apart from slay a beast.

It is still bugged after hotfix
