New skillpoint notification; Bug report number 413129693

After completing the first ascension and spending the ascension points, the notification in the menu remained and still showed 2 new skillpoints. Now after doing second ascension the number of new skillpoints is at 4. I tried restarting the game the console and my internet, problem remained. Tried reallocating them but the number just won’t disappear.
