Im stuck with The runeseeker questline in act 3

In the mystic refuge on act 3 i can advance that questline, i go to the mystic refuce and i cant use the pool for continue the mission, i try to respawn and go on another player but nothing happens.

I'm having the same problem in the Mystic Refuge; the mission isn't progressing, it keeps showing the message to acquire knowledge but nothing happens.
