Cannot Allocate Last Breach Atlas Skill Point

I just completed all the Breach Atlas objectives, but I can't allocate the last skill point. Does anyone know how to fix this or has information about it?
I did see the 0.5.0b Patch Notes: Fixed a bug that prevented allocation of the final Atlas Passive Tree skills. I completed the last point well after that patch, but the issue is still there it seems. Last bumped on Jun 2, 2026, 1:53:42 PM

I have the same issue. I have a feeling its because the summoning girl died during my last point encounter, and I had to restart the map to finish it
