Season 5 Runeseeker quest bug - Farrow does not appear in Lost Catacombs vault room

Hello, I want to report a Season 5 quest bug in The Runeseeker.

I found all three Runestones in Grim Tangle, Hunting Grounds, and Ogham Farmlands. After that, I summoned Farrow at the tree, opened the Lost Catacombs, and progressed all the way to the vault door.

The problem is that Farrow does not appear there, so I cannot continue the quest or open the vault. I already tried creating a new instance multiple times, but every time I enter the Lost Catacombs, the map is already fully revealed and the same problem happens again. I also restarted the game, but nothing changed.

Because of this, my quest is completely stuck and I cannot finish The Runeseeker or unlock the Verisium Anvil.

Please check whether this is a known bug and help fix my quest progression.

Same Problem here - difference may be, that i entered the lost catacombs without interacting with farrow inbetween - i saw the ! after clicking the dungeon - returned and he was despawned

Questlog progress though says i should explore the Lost Catacombs
