Didn't get fragment after boss kill

Did just kill one of the "guardians" inside Eastern Engima Chamber.

No fragment did seem to drop for some reason..

I think you need to go trough the portal and wait there for it to drop.

This needs to be addressed.

I did not pick up the quest crisis fragment and I think now my quest is bricken (unless I find a nother fragent outside.. i guess?

Same thing happen to me

Same issue. A bunch of loot dropped and then just disappeared... So how do I continue? This is a major part of the entire wndgame

Ok, I figured out what happened, the portal back to the citadel was right on top of the loot which I must've accidentally clicked and it instaported me back to the beginning with no warning. I ran back to the boss room and was able to retrieve the fragment

This happened to me too, and I already closed the map. So now I'm bricked?

Same issue, I got it from west enigma but not east, and now east is green so I can't get back in. For the east enigma I did not see anything drop at all, it wasn't a case of misclicking or clicking on portal too quickly. It seems like it doesn't spawn until you go through portal then run all the way through to boss room again and through the portal there, then it appears the second time.

EDIT: Looks like its fixed now? Quest changed to go back to burning monolith and doryani gave me the missing piece.. can continue chain now.
