Mystic Refuge

I cannot open the door to get in vault. Its bugged, ive reset the instance and restarted my game. I cannot add runic ward to my boots from this too. So many bugs this season....

Check your quest log! You can find the door before clearing all 3 rune landmarks, but it won't open until you've completed the specific objective for each area. I was stuck until I realized I hadn't finished the Aztec Bog event yet. Once that zone was cleared, the door opened.
