Shield Wall skill not working properly during boss fights. PS5

Yes I know Shield Wall was supposed to be nerfed. It being weaker or not, is not the issue. I played Titan in campaign using Shield Wall, Fortifying Cry and Resonating Shield combo, without much issues... Rarely in boss arenas I would notice that my RS would not even damage placed SW, but I would be able to shatter it regardless with the Cry, result almost losing my SSFHC character. Well I'm in first few atlas maps and my RS will never damage my SW in boss fights, its safe to say my build is unplayable because I rely on a combo to generate Endurance Charges. Does anyone else has similar issue with Shield Wall?
