BUG in Origin Tower ticket

The tickets for the Origin Tower BOSS were put in without actually playing the BOSS, and the tickets were swallowed This is my second time playing. I put the ticket in and took the elevator, only to find there was no BOSS. When I came back, I realized the ticket was gone too 錯誤回報 ID：#3046102154

same as mine and i cant even put the origin spark/cradle that i dropped from outside too ////////******* i found solution of mine, i ask my friend that already finished this quest to help me put the origin spark/cradle at bottom floor instead of me in his map [the origin of tower] then the combined spark gonna drop at the floor let him grab and drop it to you, this is my solution. and another one that just buy origin core from market then go put it on top floor. hope this solution will help yall. ///////*****
