Supporting Fire (Tactician) not working at times

Supporting Fire (Tactician) not working at times. The cooldown goes off but nothing happens in game. This happens frequently.

Someone else posted if you dodge roll too fast after throwing the flare it cancels out.
Hopefully will be fixed, I have a habit of throwing the flare and dodging right after to keep moving. |
