im struck in waystone viper boss and can't do anything

I'm stuck in Viper boss fight. Seems like I went out of the bound and the boss is frozen and not attacking. I tried to move my character with attacks or dodge rolls and it's not working.

is there a command to leave the map? I tried /hideout, opening up a portal, join a random party for tp but they're disabled in boss fight.
