Abyss questline stuck after abyss did not spawn on map (and does not when retrying)

ive tried the same map constantly, and abyss just does not spawn on this map, perhaps its because i specced into more pits in the atlas, and the map size cannot support it, but i cant unspec into it, and ive tried enough times to be certain it wont work no matter what, please fix.

Same here. I'm trying to go to the Digsite to continue the quest "Abyssal Power", but the Abyss is missing on one of the maps, so I can't complete it and progress further and there is only one way to that map

changing "balance of power" node to any faction will fix this isue temporarily
