Plunders point quest line bugged and locked out

After failing a plunders point expedition I can no longer progress the story.
I tried to reset the zone afterward to no fix. This one stinks because am now locked out of the league mechanic! Last bumped on Jun 2, 2026, 6:10:23 PM
