Expedition questline cannot be completed

I used Vorana's logbook after defeating Medved and it didn't spawn a node where Vorana would be. I already completed all the maps the logbook revealed.

I have the same issue. cannot progress expeditions. In fact everything with expedition mechanic is not available to me. Fix please.
