Atlas Passive Tree Bugged

My atlas passives tree has 3 points that are available for allocation but I cannot allocate them.

This started with only 1 point that I acquired at the same time I crashed and now I just keep gaining points and not being able to apply them to my atlas passive tree.

same here. I have 10 points allocated, i am getting more points but there is a branch it will not let me go down. So i can allocate passives on some parts of my tree and not on others.

Currently happening to my abyss passive tree.
