Fists of Stone bugged

for Fists of Stone
int turns into cool down recovery rate
higher tier int should and would provide better cool down recovery rate
BUT NOT FOR TIER 1 int
tier 8 int -------> 5-8% CDR
tier 2 int -------> 29-32% CDR
tier 1 int -------> 10% CDR

PLZ fix i dont want to buy another glove

I have this issue as well. My t1 Int turned into 10% cooldown when t2 Int had previously been 30%. Quite a bummer to invest in an already competitive mod pool and have it just not work properly.
