Breach map objective
|
Objective is to Open all Unstable Breaches. The Map did not have more then 1 breach. Once the breach was done it did not complete.

I also experienced this issue. The first map I ran in the breach area on the Atlas didn't spawn unstable breaches so the maps shows as incomplete despite having finished the boss (and re-running it does not spawn it either).
